We have started working in leveled groups during center time.   We worked on matching voice to print and reading left to right and top to bottom.  In our Fundations lesson and during reading groups we focused on sentences beginning with an upper case letter, ending with a period and the importance of providing space between words.  The children read the Tt book today and brought it home to demonstrate their developing reading skills.  They are so excited and proud of themselves!  Have your child read to you tonight, instead of reading to them.
